We tailor our training to your individual needs, to ensure you're getting the most out of your workouts. My passion for fitness is second to none, and I'll be with you every step of the way, cheering you on to success. Personal training sessions are currently offered at The Gym Pod in West Loop.

I believe there's no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. That's why I offer live virtual personal training sessions that allow you to get the motivation and guidance you need without leaving your home. Online training sessions will be held on the video platform of your choice.
