Hi I'm Taylor!
I am Taylor Denton, a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I believe that fitness should be for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or taking your first steps into the fitness world, my goal is to offer a supportive, encouraging environment for you to learn, grow, and try new things. I am passionate about making fitness accessible and available to everyone, and I am here to help challenge what it means to be fit in today's society. Fitness is for everyone, for life.
My Story
As a business consultant by day, and personal trainer and wellness writer by night (and early mornings and weekends!), I am here to help you meet your goals! During my time as a group fitness instructor, I noticed that the fitness space is not currently designed to make everyone feel comfortable to be themselves, make mistakes, and try new things. Inspired to help make a change in the fitness industry, I have dedicated my free time to learning about what fitness looks like for different body types, genders, ages, and stages of life. And now, I am taking what I've learned and bringing it to you! Whether you're here for in-person one-on-one or small group training, online training, or just to check out some tips and tricks from my blog, I am dedicated to helping you find a workout routine that you love and that leaves you feeling better than when you started.
